The AGS Alumni Association
The mission of the AGS Alumni Association is to maintain and nurture a liaison among the worldwide community of AGS alumni, former students, current students, faculty, board, administrators and friends. It provides support collectively to the community and individually to each of its members. It seeks to foster pride, engagement and the continuing involvement of the community members in AGS and in the values that it represents: tolerance,diversity,awareness, civic engagement.
Membership
You are a full member of the alumni association if you graduated from AGS; or if you were in a degree program at AGS for at least three semesters and completed the coursework without going on to earn a degree.
You may apply to become an associate member of the alumni association if you attended AGS for fewer than three semesters or if you are a friend of AGS, or someone who is interested in the development of AGS. Please request membership at alumni@ags.edu.

We provide you with opportunities to attend guest lectures, participate in visits and join events throughout the year.

We provide career support services such as CV writing, interview coaching, career workshops.

We share our contacts in the international relations and diplomacy community in Paris and around the world for increased professional opportunities.

We will put you in touch with AGS professors if you need advice or a letter of recommendation (link to a form) from them.

As an AGS alumnus you are welcome to stop by any time you are in Paris to use the AGS library and its computers.

If you wish to deepen your knowledge of international relations, don’t hesitate to join a class at AGS. You will receive a tuition discount of 20% per course. (This does not apply to alumni who wish to pursue a further degree at AGS) (link to course offerings on website)

You will have access to an area of the website that is not open to the public to get information about alumni online career resources and to use the Alumni Directory. (Link to these)

Graduates of AGS may also join the University of Arcadia alumni network and avail themselves of services offered to Arcadia alumni: to do this, send your request to alumni@ags.edu ; you will then hear from the Arcadia alumni office.

You will receive regular e-news bulletins from the alumni association keeping you abreast of activities at AGS.

You will receive an electronic version of ‘The AGSer’ the newletter of AGS.
