The trial is conducted by a hybrid Cambodian-International Court under the auspices of the United Nations and the Cambodian government against former leaders of Pol Pot's regime on charges of Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, and War Crimes. The focus was on the first of five suspected former high-level members that have been indicted, Kaing Guek Eav, better known as Duch. View video here. |
